Here are five benefits that walking and journaling are helping me with that allows me to achieve my weight release. I love this journey and new daily habits I live by. They are my non-negotiable morning habits. It how I begin my day!

When we combine daily journaling with a walking routine it can be highly beneficial for both physical and mental well-being, creating a  powerful synergy, enhancing both the physical and mental benefits of each activity. Whether it’s through reflection, tracking progress, setting intentions, problem-solving, or emotional release, journaling can enrich your daily walking practice and contribute to a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

Here is How:

1. Increased Awareness: Journaling about your walking miles can help you become more aware of your progress, goals, and any patterns or trends in your activity level. Tracking your miles allows you to see your achievements over time and identify areas for improvement.

4. Goal Setting: Journaling provides a space to set and track goals related to your walking routine. I love journaling and every morning I ask God/Universe for guidance. Whether it’s increasing your daily mileage, reaching a certain distance within a specific time frame, or participating in a walking challenge, writing down your goals can help you stay focused and motivated.
