Baked salmon
1-1/2 cups steamed asparagus with lemon
1 cup boiled baby potatoes (with skin)

Baked salmon, steamed asparagus, and boiled baby potatoes create a balanced meal. Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, asparagus is a great source of fiber and vitamins, and baby potatoes provide a good amount of potassium. Health has never tasted so delicious. ~Recipe from Beachbody
