Rose oil is known for having the power to promote relaxation, uplift mood and nourish the heart. It allows us to care for our body, mind and soul as a healing experience. As you may know by now I am obsessed with beautiful bath experiences. It is my favorite way to wind down any time of day and it’s the most beautiful self care activity I do. Candles, crystals, scents, music, books, fresh flowers and a delicious healthy drink is just a divine experience and the sweet scent rejuvenates my mood.

1. Aromatherapy: Rose oil is often used in aromatherapy to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve mood.

I always dilute my essential oils like rose oil, because diluting essential oils with coconut or jojoba oil allows me to better, even distribute the oil making it easier to apply. The smell is sweet, floral and romantic. It has a rich rosy aroma that is commonly associated with love and relaxation. I also add a few drops to my favorite shampoo and conditioner for a delicious romantic smell. 

Incorporating rose oil into your daily routine can be a delightful and beneficial experience. Here’s a sample daily routine for using rose oil:

1. Morning Routine:
   – After your morning shower, mix a few drops of rose oil with a carrier oil like jojoba or coconut oil.
   – Gently massage the oil mixture onto your face for a hydrating and rejuvenating effect.

2. Aromatherapy:
   – In the mid-morning or whenever you need a mood boost, use a diffuser.
   – Add a few drops of rose oil to the diffuser and let the aroma fill your space to promote relaxation and reduce stress.

3. Afternoon Skincare:
   – If you have a mid-day skincare routine, consider using a rose oil-infused moisturizer.
   – This can help keep your skin hydrated and provide anti-aging benefits.

4. Evening Relaxation:
   – In the evening, unwind by taking a bath or practicing self-massage.
   – Add a few drops of rose oil to your bathwater or mix it with a carrier oil for a soothing massage.

5. Bedtime Ritual:
   – Just before bedtime, create a calming atmosphere in your bedroom.
   – Diffuse rose oil to enhance your sleep quality and overall well-being.
